Greg and Dilya would like to welcome you to our beautiful historic Bed and Breakfast located in West Virginia heart of Roane County. The house first served as the home to members of Arnott family. It was home to Rex Arnott, his wife Mida (Cleavenger), and his four daughters: Ernestine, Geneva, Henrietta, and Betty, as well as, son Bill.

Come and relax in one of The Arnott House B&B four comfortably furnished guest rooms. Each room is complete with its own private bath. When you wake in the morning,smell the aroma of fresh brewed coffee and Dilya waiting to prepare

your Country Breakfast with care and consideration.

Whether it is a special anniversary weekend or family reunion you will experience a unique blend of West Virginia hospitality and luxurious accommodations at the Arnott House B&B. A beautiful country estate. Hardwood floors, oriental rugs and antique furnishings invite you

to experience a blessing of history. Each of our six rooms is individually decorated and has a private bathroom. All our rooms have TV, wireless internet, A/C.

Each morning we offer a breakfast that features a choice of pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon and more. Our kitchen also offers, cold cereals, juices and fresh brewed coffee and assorted hot teas. Breakfast is served from 7am to 9am, I suggest that you not sleep past this wonderful treat.
